Description

Learn how to more efficiently align your organization’s mission delivery efforts with outcomes that reconfirm your organization’s impact and overall value.

Participants will use a real-life case study to explore how ecosystem mapping, theory of change, and a clearer understanding of organizational value can create a more effective and meaningful organizational performance model.

Learning Objectives:

  • To raise awareness of how ecosystem mapping and your organization’s theory of change can help produce a more impactful Nonprofit Performance Model.
  • To learn how defining your organization’s public/social value can streamline programmatic outcomes, outputs, inputs and overall organizational capacity.
  • To better differentiate between data that reinforces impact vs. data that is “true but useless”.

Cost: $102 Members, $204 Non-Members

*If you are part of the Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, this workshop may be used to fulfill your Mission Delivery elective requirement. To receive elective credit for attending a workshop, participants must be present for at least 80% of each workshop meeting date with time spent in attendance measured consecutively.
