
Events & Marketing Coordinator
The Bleeding Disorders Foundation of Florida is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has supported the bleeding disorder community throughout the state of Florida since its founding in 1996. For over 25 years, we have been helping those living with and affected by bleeding disorders to live without limits through much-needed services and programs.
The Events & Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving engagement and fundraising efforts for the organization. With a focus on designing and executing impactful events, this position involves meticulous planning, seamless coordination among stakeholders, and efficient logistics management to ensure every event achieves its goals and leaves a lasting impression.
Aligned with the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of Florida's mission and values, the coordinator crafts events that not only raise funds but also strengthen donor relationships and support the organization’s objectives.
From conceptualization to post-event analysis, the Events & Marketing Coordinator oversees every stage of marketing events. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, managing vendor relations, creating agendas, scheduling speakers, and promoting events across multiple channels to maximize participation.
During events, the coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet the organization’s standards. They monitor registration, gather attendee feedback, and compile event success reports to inform and optimize future strategies.
This dynamic role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure while delivering results.
