HomeAid Orlando is seeking an accomplished, motivated professional to help lead our next chapter of growth across Central Florida.

We bring business leaders, the building industry, and community partners together to strengthen nonprofit organizations serving individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

As we expand, we need someone who can develop meaningful partnerships, attract financial support, and connect people and organizations who want to make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do

• Build strategic relationships with corporate executives, business owners, philanthropic leaders, foundations, and community partners.
• Generate measurable financial support through corporate partnerships, major gifts, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities.
• Expand our network beyond the homebuilding industry into new business and philanthropic sectors.
• Convert opportunities into commitments through thoughtful cultivation, compelling proposals, effective follow-through, and relationship stewardship.
• Help shape our future by working closely with our Executive Director, board, staff, and volunteers to support organizational growth.

What We're Looking For

We welcome accomplished professionals from nonprofit development, business development, consultative sales, corporate partnerships, and related fields.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• A proven track record of generating revenue, securing significant commitments, or developing high-value partnerships.
• Experience independently developing prospects, managing relationships, and bringing opportunities to successful conclusions.
• The confidence and credibility to engage business owners, senior executives, and community leaders.
• Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
• The discipline to establish goals, manage a pipeline, measure progress, and take responsibility for results.
• A genuine commitment to community service, collaboration, and the mission of HomeAid.

Nonprofit fundraising experience is valuable, but not required. Demonstrated success in relationship-driven business development is essential.

Compensation & Opportunity

Base salary: $90,000–$105,000, depending on experience and accomplishments, plus an impact award plan offering up to $20,000 for achieving established goals.
