Christian HELP’s is seeking its next relationally driven Development Manager to cultivate, steward and strengthen our growing donor base, and fundraising initiatives.

Christian HELP is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing homelessness by equipping individuals and families with the resources they need to thrive. Since our founding in 1992, we have served thousands in Central Florida through job fairs, employment coaching, grocery and wrap around services —all offered with compassion and dignity. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to prevent homelessness, by helping people find work, providing resources and offering spiritual encouragement. 

Position Summary:  

Christian HELP’s is seeking its next relationally driven Development Manager to cultivate, steward and strengthen our growing donor base, and fundraising initiatives. This seasoned professional will help solidify recurring monthly gifts, grow target funding markets, and will help increase annual revenue. The Development Manager supports donor acquisition, co-manages campaigns, and builds a coalition of giving that supports Christian HELP’s long-term vision.
