Development Associate
Jewish Family Services of Greater Orlando is a non-profit human services organization that supports individuals and families in crisis across Central Florida, welcoming people of all backgrounds and abilities.
The Development Associate role is a full-time, 34-hour-per-week, non-exempt position with benefits that reports to the Director of Development and supports fundraising and communications goals through administrative, marketing, and logistical work. Key duties include managing the donor database and acknowledgements, assisting with special fundraising campaigns and events, creating digital and print marketing materials, overseeing social media and website updates, and handling donor inquiries and reports.
The position requires at least an associate degree in a relevant field, two years of experience (preferably in a non-profit), proficiency with CRM systems, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and ideally AI tools and DonorSnap, along with strong organizational, multitasking, event planning skills, and familiarity with the Central Florida Jewish community.
