Position Title: Campaign & Development Manager

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Work Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid work schedule allows for 1 remote day a week after the first 90 days.)

Immediate Supervisor: Sr. Director of Development

Position Status: Full-Time exempt

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000

Benefits: Medical, dental, life, long-and short-term disability, employee 401K, PTO and paid holiday time. The staff works in a hybrid work environment.

Position Overview: United Arts of Central Florida (UA) is seeking a motivated development professional to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Development, the Campaign & Development Manger will play an important role in leading UA’s annual Collaborative Campaign for the Arts and managing many facets of the development department. This position will build and maintain relationships with the Central Florida community’s nonprofit arts, science and history partners, as well as with donors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, self-motivated and highly organized individual to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the fundraising efforts of United Arts and the cultural sector of Central Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of annual Collaborative Campaign for the Arts, including but not limited to: provide exceptional arts partner and donor relations/customer service, lead campaign timeline and ensure deadlines are met, draft campaign communications and materials, lead campaign donor stewardship, pull and distributing related fundraising reports, maintain campaign fundraising platforms, track and measure weekly results and benchmarks, design impact reports and presentations, collaborate on marketing strategy, plan and execute Campaign Debrief, Summit and any additional campaign-related events/meetings.
  • Lead UA’s workplace giving strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead monthly giving and any other new fundraising campaign(s) for UA.
  • Manage logistics of third-party events benefiting UA and assist with UA development events/meetings.
  • Utilize Raiser’s Edge to its fullest potential, tracking donor notes/activities, pulling reports, etc. and assist Database & Stewardship Manager as needed.
  • Contribute to UA’s Marketing & Communications efforts from a development perspective, including content for website, social media, emails/newsletters, etc.
  • Assist in creating development department-related reports, engagement tools and presentations.
  • Assist with donor/funder prospecting and timely stewardship, including acknowledgement receipts/letters.
  • Assist with tracking corporate sponsorship and grant award compliance.
  • Assist in grant writing.
  • Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities to expand UA’s visibility and connect with potential donors/funders and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing fundraising campaign(s).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in donor management software (preferably Raiser’s Edge), Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and donor prospecting software (preferably iWave).
  • Commitment to the mission and values of United Arts of Central Florida.
  • Able to travel throughout the four-county region, as needed, and attend cultural events on nights and weekends outside of normal 9-5 Business hours.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
