The Infinite Game workshop is an energizing, in-person session that introduces the mindset and principles behind Simon Sinek’s most transformative work. It inspires teams to think long term, lead with purpose, and embrace a culture of trust, resilience, and collaboration. 

Cost: Free for nonprofits serving Osceola County.  Lunch will be provided.

Our Speaker: Matt Dunsmoor, Optimism Instructor at The Optimism Company from Simon Sinek

Everything Matt does is designed to help people live more intentionally with their lives and careers. To bring this vision to life, he left his career in online retail in 2015 to partner with Simon Sinek, combining Simon’s concepts with his own life experiences and stories. Matt is committed to helping teams and individuals reconnect with their WHY, giving them tools to uncover their true potential, bringing a human focus to their organizational cultures, and inspiring them to think more long-term. Over the past decade with Simon and his team, Matt has worked with organizations spanning dozens of industries across 42 countries on 6 continents. In that same time period, he founded Octopy- a startup focused on building more intentional leaders and teams, and has co-authored a book on leadership coming to print in the next few months. All of this is in pursuit of creating a more human-focused future built on the foundation of strong, values-based team cultures, and he can't wait to build a better future alongside each of you!
