Cracking the Code of Mission Impact is designed to help nonprofits learn how to track, share, and increase their organization’s impact. You'll get easy-to-use tools and tips to make a real difference and show your value to the community and funders.

Learning Objectives:

• To clarify a general Theory of Change that gives direction to your impact measurement plan.
• To design an impact logic model that outlines clear outcomes and a plan for your nonprofit’s impact data collection.
• To identify gaps in your measurement and evaluation process where further development is needed.

Cost: $80 members, $160 non-members

Full participation in this workshop is applicable for 6 points in Category 1.B -Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
