As Executive Director of the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College, Min Sun Kim is dedicated to fostering a stronger nonprofit sector through innovative strategies, collaborative initiatives, and the leveraging of technology to enhance learning.
Min joined the EBI team in 2015 as a program manager and was named the Executive Director in 2021. Prior to her current role, Min was a successful nonprofit fundraiser. She is also an active member of the Florida Nonprofit Alliance's board of directors.
Min Sun Kim has a BS from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
