Whether you're leading a team or supporting one, this experience will help you show up with more clarity, intention, and connection to your mission. Registration includes lite breakfast & lunch. Instructor: Dr. Jim Van Allan
Dr. Jim Van Allan is President of The Energy Bus for Schools, where he leads a nationwide movement to help organizations and leaders build stronger, more positive cultures. Through coaching, consulting, and hands-on support, he works with school districts, business leaders, and teams to strengthen mindset, communication, teamwork, and leadership. Jim is also a dynamic keynote speaker and facilitator, delivering high-energy keynotes, workshops, and trainings across the country for schools, companies, and nonprofits.
He is the co-author of the USA Today Best-Selling book, The Energy Bus for Schools, written with bestselling author Jon Gordon. The book serves as a practical and inspiring roadmap for organizations looking to transform their culture and unify their teams.
With a background in communication and leadership, Jim brings a unique blend of research and real-world experience to every audience he serves. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and while he continues to teach communication courses as a professor, his passion lies in empowering people to create environments where energy, connection, and purpose thrive.
Jim lives in Palm City, Florida, with his wife and three children.
