Engage your audience by learning how to tell a great story — your story. Attendees will learn how to structure of a great story and how to use storytelling to connect your organization’s mission more deeply with donors and stakeholders.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn storytelling techniques and how to discover the most compelling stories within your organization to engage donors and stakeholders.
- Equip your team and volunteers with tools to become confident and effective brand ambassadors.
- Develop strategies to tailor your message for different platforms and audiences, ensuring your mission resonates across all forms of communication.

Instructor: Alice Fairfax
Alice Fairfax helps small business & nonprofit leaders tell a great story. An improvisational storyteller at Walt Disney World for over 20 years, and a Disney Events scriptwriter, she is the Story Coach for the Victory Cup in Orlando, Florida. She’s appeared on top-rated podcasts like "Work for Humans" with Dart Lindsley and was featured in Orlando Magazine's Women Who Move the City issue. She holds a BA from Rollins College and a certificate of Creativity & Innovation from Walt Disney World & Harvard Business School Publishing. A published author, her latest book “Tell Your Story: Tools to Take You from a Tweet to a TED Talk” helps you use the power of story to captivate your audience and inspire action.
