Description

A nonprofit middle manager juggles a mixed bag of expectations, deliverables, passion and balance every day. Your best day can feel like the world is your oyster. And those not-so-great days can leave you feeling isolated and/or demoralized. This three-part highly interactive series will challenge nonprofit middle managers to evaluate and/or re-evaluate how they shape, influence, and inform up, down, and across their organizations. A combination workshop and peer learning group, this series is designed by former nonprofit middle managers for current nonprofit middle managers.

Learning Objectives:

  • How and why a nonprofit manager is uniquely positioned to influence their organizational impact;
  • The combination of mindset and skillset that can help nonprofit middle managers succeed;
  • Approaches to leading up, down and across while keeping your organization’s goals & mission at the forefront.

Cost: $238 Members, $476 Non-Members

*If you are part of either the in-person or virtual 2025 Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership cohort, this workshop may be used to fulfill your Infrastructure elective requirement.
