Sometimes getting the grant is the easy part and the tracking and reporting on the grant’s progress can be the biggest pain point. This workshop will equip nonprofit professionals with the tools to manage grants effectively, from tracking funds to meeting reporting requirements. Learn strategies to maintain compliance, measure project impact, and demonstrate long-term success to funders.

Christine Robinson, founder of EqualRise LLC. is a Monitoring, Learning & Evaluation (MEL)MEL professional with over 25 years of experience in non-profit, private sector, and government work including grant writing and fundraising, program design and management, federal grantmaking and designing MEL systems across these areas. Her work spans the health, education, gender, democracy and human rights, economic development, agriculture, and humanitarian assistance sectors.
