EBI Member Scholarship Application

EBI Member Only Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 

Eligible individuals must be associated with an active EBI nonprofit organizational membership and must meet 2 of the 3 qualifications listed below in order to receive a 30% discount. 

All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and a response is sent to the applicant via email within 5 - 7 business days of the application submission date.  To be considered, applications should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the registration deadline for the requested workshop(s) and/or certificate program(s).  Also note scholarship applications received after 5 pm EST on December 18, 2024 will not be reviewed until the week of January 6, 2025.

**Demonstrated Financial Need: Individuals meeting this criteria are associated with an organization with an annual budget under $500,000 or an organization that has experienced a major decrease (-25%) in funding year over year. Documentation supporting the financial need must be provided.

Work Experience: Individuals meeting this criteria have under 5 years of professional experience in the nonprofit sector or their role OR  have transferred from one department to another or rejoined the workforce within the last 5 years.

All cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.  

Please note that registrants who do not cancel before 3 business days* in advance of the workshop (including online workshops) and do not attend are liable for the entire workshop fee. Lack of payment does not constitute cancellation.

Individuals who must cancel their registration may receive a refund of the tuition fee, less the $15 cancelation fee. To receive the refund, individuals must submit their cancellation to the Edyth Bush Institute in writing (ebi@rollins.edu) no later than three (3) working days prior to the workshop start date:

EBI Member Only Scholarship Awards are nontransferable to another individual or workshop. 

No-shows are not eligible for a fee transfer or refund and will be held responsible for all unpaid fees.

*If the workshop is on Tuesday, we must receive your cancellation by the close of business the prior Thursday.
